Forrest Addison Feldt, Sr., 74, of Summerfield, died Monday, April 29, 2013 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Mr. Feldt was born September 24, 1938 in Trenton, IL to Addison and Viola (Lindner) Feldt; they preceded him in death.

He married Genevieve Lager on June 5, 1965; she preceded him in death on November 1, 1990.

Also preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Feldt; a sister, Shirley Gruender; a sister-in-law, Pam Feldt; and a brother-in-law, Bob Gruender.

Surviving are his children, Margaret Lyons of Summerfield, Carolyn Lyons of Summerfield, Kelly (Ralph) Burrow of Mascoutah, Linda Feldt of Breese, Forrest (Lori) Feldt, Jr. of Mukwonago, WI, and Cody (Amy) Feldt of Summerfield; two grandchildren, Devin and Megan Feldt; a brother, Bernard (Gwen) Feldt of Trenton; his special friend, Toni Rausch of Summerfield; and his dog, Oscar.

Forrest retired from Hexacomb Corporation in Trenton, IL and was an antique car enthusiast.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton with Rev. Donald Wagner officiating. Interment will follow in Summerfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 PM and again on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.

Memorials can be made to the American Liver Foundation or to for American Breast Cancer Research and will be received at the funeral home.
