Dorothy C. “Dot” Loepker 76 of Bartelso died Friday September 11, 2015 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO
She was born March 2, 1939 in Bartelso to Mary (Boeckmann) and Isidore Gebke Sr.: they preceded her in death.
Also preceded in death by a grandson Dylan Loepker, a great grandson Landon Detmer, a brother and his wife Isidore and Betty Gebke Jr.
She was formerly married to Severin Loepker and together they had 4 children who survive, Kenny (Terri) Loepker of Bartelso, Karla (Charlie) Becker of Bartelso, Jerry (Patty) Loepker of Bartelso, Linda (Shane) Tolley of Erie PA
Her grandchildren Brandon (Theresa) Loepker, Blain Loepker, Jordan Loepker, Katie Becker, Jamie Loepker, Patrick Loepker, Chad Rakers, Chris Rakers, Cory (Amanda) Rakers, Curtis Rakers and 7 great grandchildren
Brother and sisters, Virgil (Marie) Gebke of Germantown, Rita (Alvin) Toennies of Damiansville, Florence (Steve) Balog of Portland OR, Margaret (Bill) Mikko of House Springs, MO
Dot retired from Murray Center in Centralia and Villa Catherine Assistant Living Center in Carlyle. She loved her time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed reading and playing cards.
She was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and Ladies Sodality in Bartelso, St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary in Breese
Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Monday September 14, 2015 at 2; 00 p.m. at .St. Cecilia Catholic Church Bartelso. Interment St. Cecilia Cemetery. St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary will have an honor guard at the funeral.
Visitation will be Sunday September 13, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Monday September 14 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.
