SMSgt Richard “Dick” Holubek, USAF, Ret.

SMSgt Richard I Holubek – U.S.A.F.- Ret. Passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the age of 94 years. He is now resting peacefully with his wife of 72 years, Loretta Holubek. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served for 21 years. He fought in WII, and was proud to be a veteran.

He was an active member of the Trenton VFW and past commander. He was also very active and dedicated to the Disable Veterans of America.

He is survived by his five children; Richard G. Holubek, Carol Johnson, Joan Strobel, Michael Holubek, William Holubek. 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton. Pastor Leonard Laetsch presiding. Interment will be Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. AT Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO

Visitation will be on Monday, February 13, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.

Trenton VFW will hold services at 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials can be made to the Disabled Veterans of America and will be received at the funeral home.
