William A. “Bill” Huelsmann, Jr., age 91 of Pierron, born March 19, 1926 in Wade Twp., a son of the late Angelena, nee Poettker, and William A. Huelsmann, Sr., died Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his siblings, Joseph Huelsmann and his wife Agnes, Leo Huelsmann and his wife Viola, Edwin Huelsmann and his wife Marie, Agnes Hempen and her husband Raymond, and Margaret Albers and her husband Rich.
Surviving are his cousins, Ralph and Paul Goestenkors of Pierron and many nieces and nephews.
Bill was a farmer and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pierron. He enjoyed dancing and spending time with family and friends.
Memorial Mass will be Saturday, April 29 at 10:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pierron with Rev. Scott Snider presiding. Interment will follow in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Bartelso.
Memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and will be received at the church or through Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th, Breese, IL 62230 who is serving the family.
