Zoë Camille Conley, 20, of Trenton, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese

She was born March 10, 1997 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese, beloved daughter of Michael and Sybil Conley, and they survive at home.

Also surviving are her sister, Miranda Conley of Monroe, Ohio; her grandmother, Margaret Conley of Trenton; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

She was preceded by her maternal grandparents, Bub and Adenia Vinson; and her paternal grandfather, John Conley.

Zoë suffered for most of her teenaged years from a heroin addiction, a disease that finally took her life after many attempts at recovery.

She was most recently employed by her parents in their family business, the Trenton Sun, and had worked at restaurants including Beef-A-Roo in Rockford, Illinois, and Knotty Pine in Breese.

There will be a memorial service Saturday, May 27 at 1 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton, the Reverend Tom Rankin officiating.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the family’s wishes for programs helping other addicts in recovery.
