Carl F. Pollmann 62 of Breese died Sunday May 13, 2012 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.

He was born December 31, 1949 in Breese to Henry and Clara (Eschmann) Pollmann: they preceded him in death.

Also preceded in death by brothers John and Mark Pollmann, father and mother-in-law Marion and Gladys (Wilhelm) Fox and a brother-in-law Tony Fox.

He married Sandy Fox November 25, 1971 at St. Mary Church in Carlyle and she survives in Breese.

Also surviving is a son Christopher Pollmann of Breese

A sisters-in-law Amy Pollmann of Kirkwood, MO and John's son Justin Pollmann of Brooklyn NY, Phyllis (Tom) Berndsen of Breese, Theresa (Ron) Hacker of Shattuc, Judy (Robert) Doerr of Carlyle and their 8 children.

Carl retired from Arrow Group Industries in Breese and previously owned and operated Pollmann Shoe Store in Breese.

Member of St. Augustine Church, Breese American Legion post 252 and past commander, Breese Knights of Columbus council 2869.

Memorial mass Saturday May 26, 2012 at 11:00 am at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Breese with Fr. George Mauck officiating.

Friends may call from 10:00 am to time of services at St. Augustine Church in Breese

Memorials can be made to Mater Dei High School Football program or Sons the Breese American Legion Post 252 and will be received through the Moss Funeral Home in Breese, who is handling the arrangements
