Florence S. “Flossie” Rickhoff-Granda 72 of Bartelso died Friday November 2, 2012 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
She was born February 25, 1940 in Breese to Edward Hemker Sr. and Bernadine (Eversgerd) Hemker: they preceded her in death.
She married Clarence “Yank” Rickhoff July 1, 1959 at St. Cecilia Church, Bartelso and he preceded her in death October 12, 1999.
Also preceded in death by a daughter in infancy Mary Rickhoff, a brother Ed Hemker Jr., brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Ray “Doc” and Johanna Rickhoff, Vince “Peggy” and Sue Rickhoff, Frank Winkeler, and Herman Seelhoefer.
She later married Julius Granda.
Surviving are her children Terry “Snick” (Connie) Rickhoff of Bartelso, Janet (Dave) Wuebbels of Albers, Mark (Kris) Rickhoff of Bartelso, Lisa (Dean) Thole of Bartelso, Debbie (Kevin) Newkirk of Bartelso, Jennifer (Steve) Jansen of Bartelso, Gina (Danny) Reeves of Bartelso.
21 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Sister Ethel (Lavern) Zurliene of Beckemeyer.

Flossie was a former real estate agent with Strano Realty in Breese, former housekeeper at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese and former owner of the Homestead Restaurant in Bartelso.
Member of St. Cecilia Church and Ladies Sodality in Bartelso.
Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday November 6, 2012 at 2:00 PM at St. Cecilia Church in Bartelso with Fr. James Buerster officiating. Interment St. Cecilia Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday November 5, from 4 to 8 PM and Tuesday November 6 from 11:00 am to 1:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.
Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home.
