Brian A. Schulte 54 of Breese died Saturday November 12, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese. He was born May 9, 1962 in Breese to Marvin and Jane (Venhaus) Schulte: they preceded him in death. Also, preceded in death by a brother Brad Schulte.

He married Krisi Foppe August 29, 1987 at St. Dominic Church in Breese and she survives in Breese.

Also surviving are their children Justine (Vuk) Milicevic of Belleville, Andrew Schulte of Breese

Sisters and brother Sandra (Don) Hostmeyer of Breese, Maureen (Dennis) Albers of Breese, Malinda (Woody) Huels of Carlyle, Wayne (Marilyn) Schulte of Breese, Lisa (friend Shawn Reynolds) Rensing of Breese.

Mother in-law Carol “Peck” Foppe of Breese, Father-in-law and his wife Don and Susie Foppe of Breese

Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Dawn (Mark) Krebs of Breese, Jeff (Yvonne) Foppe of Breese, Voni Foppe of Breese, Vicki (Brian) Kloeckner of Breese

Numerous nieces and nephews

Brian owned and operated Brian’s Taxidermy in Breese, and was a truck driver for Beelman Ready Mix and Haag Food. He was an avid outdoors man enjoying deer and turkey hunting, fishing, spending time at the Schulte Clubhouse and the Cabin out East.

Member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Breese and the Concordia Saengerchor.

Memorial mass will be Thursday November 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Breese. Fr. Chuck Tuttle presiding

Visitation will be on Wednesday November 16 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday November 17 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese.

Memorials can be made to ALS Association or Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be received at the funeral home.
