David Allen “Blue” McClintock

David Allen “Blue” McClintock, age 30, of Colorado Springs, CO and formerly of Trenton, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

He was born October 17, 1988 in Ft. Pierce, FL.

Surviving are his parents, Julie, nee Zimmerman, and Richard Hughes of Trenton; sister, Michelle (friend Adam Calvert) Jones of Trenton. David was adopted, and has multiple biological siblings and step-siblings.

David was a veteran of the United States Army serving as a combat infantryman.. He enjoyed collecting, trading, and selling art through his business, Wandering Boot and also was working as a real estate agent. In addition, he loved to hike, especially the backside of Cheyenne Mountain, but most of all he enjoyed hanging out with family and friends.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton with Rev. Paul Hooks officiating. A 1:00 p.m. interment with full military honors will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.

Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family and will be received at the funeral home.
