Debra L. “George” Hargrave, age 64, of Trenton, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at her residence surrounded by family.
She was born August 12, 1958 in Big Spring, TX, a daughter of Alan King of Valier, IL and the late Barbara, nee Wright, King.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sisters-in-law, Cindy Long, Nita Miller, and Reba Buchanan.
Debra is survived by her father; husband, Charles “Chuck” Hargrave, of Trenton, whom she married May 5, 1984 in Marion, IL; children, Cassandra Hargrave of Trenton and Jeffrey (Melonie) Hargrave of Waterloo; grandchildren, Harper Davis, Dade Notheisen, Kaitlyn Hargrave, and Rebecca Hargrave; and sisters-in-law, Denise Mullis of Leroy, Vanessa Roy of Valmeyer, and Annette Jansen of Pacific, MO.
Debra formerly worked as a coordinator at Community Care in Swansea. She was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and loved spending time with her family.
Funeral Services will be Monday, August 22, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton with Minister Luereda Pulliam and Rev. Eddie Moore officiating.
Visitation will be Monday, August 22, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to ProMedica Hospice and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main St. Trenton, IL 62293, who is serving the family.
