    Dolores M. Beckmann, nee Schwierjohn, 93 of Germantown, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at Countryside Manor in Aviston.

    Mrs. Beckmann was born October 16, 1918 in Bartelso to Anton and Catherine (Hodapp) Schwierjohn; they preceded her in death.

    She married Alvin Beckmann on October 15, 1940 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown; he preceded her in death on January 4, 1990.

    In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by brothers, Leo, Erhardt, Carl, Cyril, Alphonse, Anthony, and Cornelius Schwierjohn; sisters, Mary Farrell, Loretta Zachary, and Agnes Warshaw; and a son-in-law, Louis Kohrman.

    Surviving are her children Phyllis Kohrman of Lebanon, Esther (Ollie) Santel of Cedar Rapids, IA, Dennis (Donna) Beckmann of Aviston, and Jackie (Ron) Maue of Posey; 11 Grandchildren, 31 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Esther Heidemann of St. Louis; and a brother-in-law, Raymond Beckmann of Germantown.

    Dolores was a homemaker and a member of St. Boniface Church and Altar Sodality in Germantown.

    Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, March 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown with Fr. James Buerster and Deacon Rich Bagby officiating. Interment will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery, Germantown.

    Visitation will be Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 2:00-5:00 PM and again on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 11:00 AM-1:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese.

    Memorials can be made to St. Boniface Church and will be received at the funeral home.
