Elaine G. Klostermann, age 61, of St. Rose, born November 2, 1955 in Breese, a daughter of the late Cornelius and Henrietta, nee Steinmann, Klostermann, died Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at her home.

Surviving are her siblings, Leonard Klostermann of St. Rose, Gervase “Gerp” (Kathy) Klostermann of St. Rose, and Glenn (Barbara) Klostermann of Troy; nephews and nieces, Kristy (Justin) Haugland, Kyle Klostermann, Kelly Klostermann, Paul (Anna) Barackman, Keith (Billeigh) Barackman, and Blake (fiancée Rachel McCoy) Klostermann; and 7 great-nieces and great-nephews.

Elaine formerly worked as a ward clerk and activity director at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland and was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Altar Sodality, and Women’s Choir. She enjoyed reading, singing, and going on bus trips.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose Catholic Church in St. Rose with Fr. Edward Schaefer presiding. Interment will follow in St. Rose Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, June 23, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Breese.

Memorials may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation and will be received at the funeral home.
