Francis J. “Sez” Jansen 77 of Breese died Saturday April 20, 2013 at Carlyle Health Care Center.
He was born December 14, 1935 in Breese to Aloys and Catherine (Wobbe) Jansen: they preceded him in death.
Also preceded in death by a grandson Luke Woltering, a brother Al Jansen, Sister Mary Ann Rolfingsmeyer, brother-in-law Lavern Rolfingsmeyer, father-in-law Delbert “Quitty” Quitmeyer.
He married Caroline Quitmeyer June 30, 1962 at St. Anthony Church in Beckemeyer and she survives in Breese.
Also surviving are his daughters Beth Woltering of Breese, Susan (David) Draminski of Kewanee.
5 grandchildren Nick Woltering, John David Draminski, Erin Draminski, Andrew Joseph Draminski, Olivia Draminski. A great granddaughter Jayden Woltering.

Sez was a retired meat cutter with Schnucks in Belleville, Cahokia and Fairview Heights.
Member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese, Knights of Columbus Council #2869, Retired volunteer with the Breese Fire Department and past trustee.
Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday April 24, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese. Fr. Patrick peter officiating. Interment St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday April 23 from 4 to 8 PM and Wednesday April 24 from 8:30 to9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese.
Knights of Columbus services at 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to Carlyle Health Care Center, VNA-TIP Hospice, St. Dominic Church or Donor’s Choice and will be received at the funeral home.
