Gail R. Gall, age 76, of Trenton, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at St. Louis University Hospital.

She was born February 17, 1945 in Richmond, VA, a daughter of the late William and Frances, nee Smith, Nelson.  Gail married Richard Gall on June 3, 1965 in Necedah, WI and he survives in Trenton.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Jason (Kristen) Gall of Trenton, and Suzanne (John) Zdrodowski of Portage, WI; son-in-law Robert Layne of St. Peters, MO; grandchildren, Christopher Layne, Erin Layne, Joshua Layne, Daniel Layne, Brenna Gall, Madilyn Gall, Jonah Zdrodowski, and Graham Zdrodowski; and brother-in-law, Richard Coller of Necedah, WI.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Jacqueline Layne; and sisters, Marcia Bubelis and Lynne Coller.

Gail formerly worked as a clerk at the Base Exchange and in the cafeteria at Wesclin. She enjoyed selling Avon for many years, making ceramics, and never missed an opportunity to go on a camping trip or traveling.

A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.

In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Joseph’s Indian School (www.stjo.org/dreams) or through Moss Funeral, 105 S. Main St. Trenton, IL, 62293 who is serving the family.
