Genevieve O. “Genny” Lane, age 82, of Breese, died Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Breese Nursing Home.
Ms. Lane was born September 22, 1935 in Germantown, a daughter of the late Michael and Marie, nee Peters, Roeckenhaus.
She is survived by her son, Steven Lane; daughter, Shari Lane; grandson, Michael Lane; sister, Willie Tebbe; and brother, Glen Roeckenhaus.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Butch Tebbe.
Ms. Lane returned to Breese in 2006 after living in California for many years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
All funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials may be made to Breese Nursing Home and will be received through Moss Funeral Home, who is serving the family.
