    Harold J. “Bud” Huene 82 of Trenton died Wednesday November 14, 2012 at his residence.

    He was born September 6, 1930 in Aviston to Fred and Anna Marie (Imming) Huene: they preceded him in death.

    Also preceded in death by brothers Cornelius, Alfred, and Paul Huene, sisters Laura Dorries, Verena Deien, Florence Deien, Lucille Huene, brothers-in-law Laverne Dorries, Vincent Deien, Delmar Deien, sister-in-law Dorothy Hueberger.

    He married Shirley Wombacher June 6, 1953 at St. Mary Church in Trenton and she survives in Trenton.

    Also surviving is a son James C. (Lu) Huene of Murfreesboro, TN, daughter Deborah (Bill) Workman of Trenton.

    Sister-in-law Sunny Henne of Mattoon

    Bud was a retired truck driver with Kuhn Lumber Company. Bud was an avid golfer and wood worker.

    Member of St. Mary Catholic Church, American Legion Post 778, VFW Post 7983, all in Trenton. He was a retired volunteer fireman with the Sugar Creek Twp. Fire Department.

    Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday November 17, 2012 at 11:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, Trenton with Fr. Joseph Rascher officiating. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.

    Visitation will be Saturday November 17 from 9:00 am to time of services at St. Mary Catholic Church, Trenton

    In Liue of flowers memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or Heartland Hospice and will be received at the church or Moss Funeral Home in Trenton who is handling the arrangements.
