James R. L. “Jimmy” Hopkins, age 32, of Trenton, died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at his home.

He was born December 15, 1986 in Belleville, a son of Betty, nee Meadows, Hopkins of Trenton and James R. (Linda) Hopkins of Mulberry Grove.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his girlfriend, Crystal Jansen of Breese; children, Noah Clifford Hopkins and Victoria Leigh Hopkins; sister, Brandy (Matt) Miller of Lavergne, TN; half siblings, Angie, Mike, Allie, and Jamie; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clifford and Lois Meadows; and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Marie Hopkins.

Jimmy worked in the laundry department at Jim’s Formal Wear in Trenton.

A celebration of life will be Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Sportsman’s Lake in Trenton.
