Jeffrey L. “Smoothie” Foster, 37, of Trenton, died Monday, June 25, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.
Mr. Foster was born May 12, 1975 in Breese to Jack and Shirley (Hillen) Foster; his mother preceded him in death.
In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by brothers, Gary and Rodney Foster; maternal grandparents, Aloys and Henrietta Hillen; and paternal grandparents, Monroe and Ola Mae Foster.
Surviving is his father, Jack Foster of Trenton; brothers and sisters, Steven Foster of Poplar Bluff, MO, Brenda (Jeff) Jacober of Trenton, Sherry (Wayne) Holzinger of Pocahontas, Jack “Danny” Foster of Highland, Michael (Julie) Foster of Aviston, and Curt Foster of Trenton; and nephews and nieces, Jeffrey, Dustin, and Joey Jacober, Shelby and Bailey (godchild) Holzinger, Mackenzie and Makayla Foster.
Jeff worked in production at Cooper B-Line in Highland and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Sportsman Club in Trenton.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Trenton with Fr. Joseph Rascher officiating. Interment will follow in St. Dominic/St. Augustine Cemetery, Breese.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 26, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM and again on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 from 8:00-9:30 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.
Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home.
