Lynn Marie Nettemeier, nee Pingsterhaus, age 44 of Breese, born April 29, 1972 in Breese, a daughter of Anthony “Tony” and Kathleen “Kathy”, nee Hemker, Pingsterhaus, died Thursday, September 29, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.
Surviving is her husband, Brent Nettemeier of Breese, whom she married November 24, 2007 at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese; her parents, Tony and Kathy Pingsterhaus of Beckemeyer; a son, Austin Tibbetts of Centralia; siblings, Gail (Curt) Kruse of O’Fallon, MO, Krista (Rodney) Barger of Hoffman, and Denise (Nathan) Smith of San Diego, CA; her grandmother, Imelda, nee Boeser, Pingsterhaus of Beckemeyer; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Donna, nee Foppe, Nettemeier of Breese; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Cindy (Doug) Kuhl of Breese, and Ryan (Sara) Nettemeier of Aviston; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond Pingsterhaus, and Bernard and Caroline, nee Ortmann, Hemker; and cousins, Kevin Kampwerth and Sharon Hemker.
Lynn was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese and as a young child participated in the 4-H Club where she received numerous awards.
She formerly worked at Super Valu in Breese for 15 years and was currently employed as a resident assistant at the Villas at St. James in Breese. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to her card club, but most of all spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, October 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Dominic Catholic Church, Breese with Fr. Patrick Peter and Deacon Linus Klostermann presiding. Interment will follow in St. Dominic/St. Augustine Cemetery, Breese.
Friends may call Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Monday, October 3, 2016 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese.
Memorials may be made to St. Dominic Catholic Church or to the Donor’s Choice and will be received at the funeral home.
