Marcella M. “Sally” Ades 91 of Germantown died Wednesday September 26, 2012 at Breese Nursing Home.

She was born September 28, 1920 in Germantown to Bernard and Mary (Haake) Diesen: they preceded her in death.

She married Ernest A. Ades May 26, 1948 at St. Boniface Church in Germantown and he preceded her in death December 1, 1993.

Also preceded in death by a son Dale Ades, a granddaughter Kristy Kuper, son-in-law Marvin Jansen, a brother Arnold Diesen, a sister Mary Ann Strake, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Thomas Strake, Adele Diesen, George Ades, Pat Ades, Ray Ades, Dean Ades, Dale Ades, Juanita Mack, Clyde and Velma Panode.

Surviving are her children Ernest B. (Mary) Ades of Germantown, David (Renee) Ades of Fairview Heights, Theresa (Jeff) Wessel of Germantown, Ruth (Kevin) Kuper of Wright City, MO

14 grandchildren 16 great grandchildren

Sally worked at the commissary at Scott Air Force Base.

Member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Germantown.

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Monday October 1, 2012 at 10:00 am at St. Boniface Church with Fr. James Buerster and Deacon Rich Bagby officiating. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday September 30 from 4 to 8 PM and Monday October 1 from 8 to 9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.

Memorials can be made to St. Boniface Cemetery of St. Vincent DePaul Society Food Pantry and will be received at the funeral home.
