Rosemarie Goewert 85 of Breese died Sunday January 13, 2013 at Pinckneyville Hospital in Pinckneyville, IL.

She was born August 1, 1927 in Carlyle, IL to George and Elizabeth (Junker) Kahrhoff: they preceded her in death.

She married Orville Goewert July 14, 1946 at St. Mary Church in Carlyle and he preceded her in death March 13, 1994.

Also preceded in death by a sister Margaret Neff, brothers Paul, Henry and Herschel Kahrhoff.

Rosemarie was a homemaker, she loved and cherished her dogs and parakeets, and she loved her flowers.

She was a member of St. Dominic Church and ladies sodality where she loved to work the rummage sale. St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary in Breese and served as scholarship chairman.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great, and great great nieces and nephews

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 16, 2012 at 10:00 am at the Moss Funeral Home, Breese with Deacon Bob Lippert officiating. Interment St. Dominic St. Augustine Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday January 16 from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Moss Funeral Home in Breese.

Memorials can be made to St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary Lights for Scholarships, St. Dominic Church or Donors Choice and will be received at the funeral home.
