    Todd Haas, age 41, of Breese and formerly of Trenton, born March 15, 1976 in Belleville, a son of Kenneth Haas of Trenton and the late Bonnie, nee Remmert, Haas, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Washington County Hospital in Nashville, IL.

     

    In addition to his mother, he is also preceded in death by his grandparents, Eugene Remmert, and Richard and Mary, nee Weisenfeld, Haas; an uncle, Michael Remmert; and an aunt, Brenda Haas.

     

    Along with his father, he is survived by his sisters, Lora (Travis) Meyer of Trenton and Cheryl (Martin) Son of Troy and was the proud uncle of Braxton Meyer, and Parker and Brylee Son; grandmother, Bernice Remmert of Stolletown; aunts and uncles, Joyce and Jerry Huelsmann of Trenton, Peg and Ed Holmes of Naperville, David Remmert of Stolletown, Sr. Kathy Haas, PHJC of Donaldson, IN, Kevin (Teresa) Haas of Trenton, Larry (Rose) Haas of Trenton, and Peg (Brian) Boeser of Trenton; numerous cousins; and his faithful four legged companion, Berkeley.

     

    Todd formerly worked at Koch Candy Co. and K& D Countertops in Trenton, and was currently employed at Beckmann Concrete Forms, Inc. in Bartelso. He enjoyed playing soccer, shooting pool, motorcycles, woodworking, hanging out with family and friends, and adored his nephews and niece.

     

    Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton with Fr. Joseph Rascher presiding. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Trenton.

     

    Visitation will be Friday, June 16, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.

     

    Memorials may be made to H.I.S. Kids and will be received at the funeral home.
