Bernice C. “Bim” Kniepmann86 of Germantown died Saturday March 11, 2017 at Countryside Manor in Aviston.

She was born November 20, 1930 to Joseph and Elizabeth (Nordhaus) Thoele, they preceded her in death.

She married Cornelius “Corney” Kniepmann October 9, 1951 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Germantown and he preceded her in death June 21, 2008.

Also, preceded in death by brothers Alvin and wife Mary Ann Thoele, Walter and his wife Ella Mae Thoele, Edward “Artie” Thoele, a sister Olivia Thoele.

Surviving are her children Judith (Duane) Kampwerth of Germantown, Janet (William) Scoggins of Tallahassee, FL, Gerald (Joyce) Kniepmann of Germantown, John Kniepmann of Highland.

Bim was a homemaker and member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Germantown.

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Germantown. Fr. James Buerster and Deacon Rich Bagby presiding. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday March 13, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, March 14 from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home, Germantown.
Memorials can be made to Mater Dei High School, Germantown Volunteer Fire Department, St. Boniface Cemetery and will be received at the funeral home.

Jerome J. “AV” Eversgerd 87 of Germantown died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Legacy Place in Breese.

He was born September 6, 1929 in Germantown to Henry and Lucy (Schlarmann) Eversgerd; they preceded him in death.

He married Corine “Corky” Schoendienst September 30, 1950 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Germantown and she preceded him in death September 12, 2012.

Also, preceded in death by sisters and brothers Johanna Schaefer, Veronica Heap, Helen Schmidt, Bertha Thuenemann, Lillian Vriemeyer, Virginia Cox, Isabella Paulich, Arnold, Aloys, Vincent, Vergilius, Floyd, Henry, Gregory, Raymond, Eversgerd; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Marilyn, Gertrude, Leona, Wilhelmina, Regina, Charlotte Eversgerd, Joseph Schaefer, Henry Heap, Harry Schmidt, Anthony Thuenemann, Edward Paulich, Norman Vriemeyer, Hugh Cox, Frank Schoendienst.

Surviving are his son’s Terry Eversgerd, Kelly (Cheryl) Eversgerd all of Germantown.

AV owned and operated Eversgerd Insurance Agency in Germantown, and retired from Centralia Cartage as traffic and sales manager, and prior worked at Service Lines Inc, as traffic and sales manager. AV’s pastime was enjoying attending his grandchildren’s sporting events and had a passion for painting.

Member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Germantown, Germantown American Legion Post 325 and former commander, Carlyle VFW Post 3223.

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, March 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Germantown. Fr. Jim Buerster and Deacon Rich Bagby presiding. Interment will be at St. Boniface Cemetery, Germantown with full military honor’s accorded.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 12, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, March 13 from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home, Germantown.

Germantown American Legion will hold services on Sunday at 5:00 pm at the funeral home.

Memorials can be made to St. Boniface Church or Clinton County Relay for life and will be received at the funeral home.

: Rose Marie “Dolly” Niemann 88 of Breese died Friday March 3, 2017 at the Legacy Place in Breese.

She was born December 25, 1928 in Bartelso to Aloys and Anna (Ribbing) Kuper: they preceded her in death.

She married Bernard Niemann July 2, 1947 at St. Francis Catholic Church, Aviston. He preceded her in death July 2, 2007.

Also, preceded in death by a son David Niemann, daughter Mary Henss, infant twin sisters Betty and Patsy Kuper, a sister Dorothy Kuper, brothers Paul Kuper, Francis “Goldie” Kuper, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Jack Peek, Harry Niemann, August Niemann, John and Annie Niemann, Aloys and Cecilia Niemann, Vincent and Clara Niemann, Bertha and Charles Timmermann.

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Monday March 6, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Dominic catholic Church in Breese. Fr. Patrick Peter and Deacon Linus Klosterrmann presiding. Interment St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery, Breese.

Visitation will be held on Sunday March 5 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Monday March 6 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese

Memorials can be made to All Saints Academy or Mater Dei high School and will be received at the funeral home.
