Catherine F. “Katie” Siegmann 79 of Aviston died Sunday November 15, 2015 at Countryside Manor in Aviston

She was born December 1, 1935 in Aviston to George and Catherine (Wellen) Timmermann: they preceded her in death.

Also preceded in death by her brothers Paul Timmermann, Urban Timmermann, George Timmermann, Raymond Timmermann, sisters Esther Brady, Marie Povolish, brothers-in-law Wally Schroeder, Ray Brady, Elmer Singler, Paul Povolish, sister-in-law Kay Timmermann.

Surviving is a daughter Beverly (Bill) Haake of Highland.

Grandsons Matthew and Michael Haake.

Sisters Delores (George) Glover of Napa, CA, Edna (Mike) Banco of Great Falls MT.

Katie owned and operated Katie’s Beauty Shop in Aviston from 1964 to 2015 and was the beautician at Countryside Manor for 27 years. She enjoyed playing euchre and bingo.

Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be Friday November 20, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Francis
Catholic Church in Aviston. Fr. Daniel Friedman officiating. Interment at St. Francis Cemetery, Aviston.

Family will great relatives and friends Friday November 20, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at St. Francis Catholic Church in Aviston.

Joann J. Timmons

Joann J. Timmons, nee Kohnen, age 72 of Germantown, born April 24, 1943 in Breese, a daughter of the late Vincent and Amanda, nee Robke, Kohnen, died Friday, November 13, 2015 at Aviston Countryside Manor.

Mrs. Timmons formerly worked at Trenton Processing in Trenton, Southern Pullet in Germantown, was a homemaker, and a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hobert “Hobie” Timmons, whom she married May 5, 1962 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown, and he died August 12, 2000; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ira and Margaret Timmons; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bill and Cathy Timmons, Bob and Sandy Timmons, Pat and Vernon Vinson, Nancy Thompson, Ira “Sonny Boy” Timmons, Larry Timmons, Steve Timmons, Tim Timmons, and Charlie Horne.

Surviving are her children, Colleen Timmons, Hobie Timmons and wife Carolyn, Tracy Beckmann and husband Mark all of Germantown, and Brian Timmons and wife Kelly of Aviston; 4 grandchildren, Meredith and Brent Timmons, Bryce and Blake Beckmann; brothers, Lavern Kohnen and wife Connie, Ron Kohnen, and Dennis Kohnen and wife Laurie all of Germantown; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jerry Timmons of Junction City, Diane Horne of Marysville, MI, Ed Timmons and wife Sharon of Centralia, Rod Timmons and wife Sue of Centralia, Sue Owen and husband Larry of Centralia, Terry Timmons of Centralia, Jeff Timmons and wife Sheila of Salem, Cheryl Timmons of Centralia, Paula Heminover of Salem, Sondra Ebert of Texas, Fonda Timmons of Texas, Tammy Timmons of Flora, and Joann Timmons-Bosco of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, November 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown with Fr. James Buerster officiating. Interment will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery, Germantown.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.

Memorials may be made to St. Boniface Cemetery or to the Aviston Countryside Manor Activity Fund and will be received at the funeral home.

Ralph Husmann

Ralph E. Husmann, age 69 of Germantown, born March 9, 1946 in Germantown, a son of the late Albin and Josephine, nee Beckmann, Husmann, died Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Lebanon Care Center in Lebanon.

Mr. Husmann retired in 2007 from General Motors in Wentzville, MO and was a member of the UAW Local 2250 in Wentzville and St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown. He enjoyed farming, gardening, and woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Gerald Husmann and Lavern Husmann; and a sister, Rita Husmann.

Surviving are his children, Doug Husmann and wife Judy of Marion, Chris Conklin and husband Ken of Breese,
Lynn Gunn and husband Matt of New Baden, and Kathy Schilling and husband Scott of Churubusco, IN; 10 grandchildren, Kara, Luke, Nathan, and Ben Husmann, Autumn Ray, Kayla Conklin, Evan and Zack Gunn, Brodie and Jack Schilling, sisters, Pat Frerker and husband Dick and Judy Poettker and husband Jim all of Germantown; his former wife, Allene, nee Kothe, Husmann of Venedy whom he married October 2, 1971 in Wine Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown with Fr. James Buerster and Deacon Rich Bagby officiating. Interment with full military honors will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery, Germantown.

Visitation will be Friday, November 6, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.

Dorothy C. Cryder 97 of Trenton died Friday October 30, 2015 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese.

She was born September 3, 1918 in Trenton to John and Johanna (Gross) Becker and they preceded her in death.

She married John Cryder May 19, 1942 in St. Louis, MO and he preceded her in death June 20, 2003.

Also preceded in death by brothers Elmer, Walter, Phillip, Harold and Otto Becker, sisters, Philipine Schmitt and sister in infancy.

Surviving are her children Terry Cryder, Cheryl (Mel) Barrett, Carol (Jack) Ziegler all of Trenton.

Grandchildren T.J., Chad Cryder, Steven (Kay) Barett, Krista (Rob) VanderMolen, Kerrie (Tim) Klein, Kellie (Phil) Kunz, Brent (Lisa) Brede.

Dorothy was a homemaker.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday November 2, 2015 at 11:00 am First United Methodist Church in Trenton with Rev. Mike Rucker and Rev. Tom Rankin officiating. Interment Trenton Cemetery

Visitation will be held on Monday November 2, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at First United Methodist Church, Trenton.
