Anne M. Timmermann 87 of Breese died Sunday December 30, 2012 at Country Side Manor in Aviston.
Frieda A. Mehring, 86, of New Baden, died Saturday, December 29, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Mehring was born November 4, 1926 in Holzhausen, Germany to Nicholas and Anna Holzner; they preceded her in death.
Also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jerome Haar; and a sister, Regina Schouer.
She married Ronald Mehring on February 7, 1957 in Bitburg, Germany; he survives in New Baden.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by a daughter, Carol Haar of Trenton; a granddaughter, Dallas Haar of Trenton; brothers, Adolph, Franz, Anton, and Karl Holzner all of Germany; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larry and Mary Lou Mehring of Red Bud.
Frieda formerly worked as a sales clerk at the Base Exchange at Scott Air Force Base.
A private graveside service will take place at Trenton Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to the Clinton County Humane Society and will be received through Moss Funeral Home in Trenton who is in charge of the arrangements.
Reva McGeorge, 80, of Breese, died Friday, December 28, 2012 at Breese Nursing Home.
Ms. McGeorge was born September 3, 1932 in Gilford, MO to Quincy and Mattie (Guist) McGeorge; they preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children, Candis (Jerry) Keithly of California, Dixie (Dan) Glaub of Breese, Rocky (Paula) McGeorge, Sherry Ruskin of Columbus, OH, and Carl McGeorge of Sacramento, CA; 11 grandchildren; and sisters, Charlotte (Bud) Lucas of Carbondale, KS and Shirley Palmer of Des Moines, IA.
Reva was a homemaker.
Services will be held at a later date.

Rose F. Schumacher, nee Horstmann, 89, of Aviston, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.
Mrs. Schumacher was born August 27, 1923 in St. Rose to Bernard “Ben” and Clara (Middeke) Horstmann; they preceded her in death.
She married Sylvester Schumacher on January 7, 1941 at St. Rose Catholic Church; he preceded her in death on March 28, 1971.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a son, Donald Schumacher; brothers, John Horstmann, Eugene Horstmann, Edwin Horstmann, and Vince Horstmann; a sister, Mary Buehne; sisters-in-law, Regina Horstmann, Dorothy Horstmann, and Martha Horstmann; brothers-in-law, Gus Buehne, Paul Netemeyer, Vince Poettker, and Norman Wilson; and sons-in-law, John Belter and Bernard Von Bokel.
Surviving are her children, Joan (George) Lepchenske of Aviston, Sr. Marie Celine, SSND (Bernice Schumacher) of St. Louis, MO, Mary Ken) Bolhofner of Aviston, Sue (Dave) Betts of Brighton, Ken (Myra) Schumacher of Clayton, DE, Nancy (Peter) Koenig of Richmond, IL and Sharon (Amos) Watkins of St. Louis; a daughter-in-law, Janet (Lee) Hackle of Leavenworth, KS; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Pete and Irene Schumacher of Trenton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rose was a homemaker and caregiver. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and Altar Sodality in Aviston, Past President of the Aviston American Legion Post 1239 Auxiliary, Honorary Member of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Auxiliary in Breese where she served as the treasurer, vice-president, president, and quilt committee chairman (25 years), and the Clinton County Farm Bureau. Rose loved to quilt, giving many to her family members and numerous charitable organizations. She also was a worldwide traveler, visiting all 50 states, Russia, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, every European Country, and numerous others.
A Memorial Mass will be Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis Catholic Church in Aviston with Fr. Daniel Friedman officiating.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 30, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM and again on Monday, December 31, 2012 from 9:30-11:00 AM at S. Francis Catholic Church in Aviston.
Memorials can be made to the School Sisters of Notre Dame or to the St. Joseph’s Hospital Lights of Scholarships and will be received at the church of through Moss Funeral Home in Breese who is in charge of the arrangements.
Helen M. Huene, 99, of Litchfield, and formerly of Bartelso and Highland, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield.
Mrs. Huene was born September 19, 1913 in Perico, TX to John and Agnes (Wilker) Marcus; they preceded her in death.
She married Alois Huene on September 9, 1933 in St. Louis, MO; he preceded her in death on January 19, 1996.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence “Sparky” Marcus; a sister, Mary Schmuck-Borgelt; a son-in-law, Ralph Borgelt; brothers-in-law, Tony Schmuck and Ted Borgelt; and a sister-in-law, Ruby Marcus.
Surviving are her children, Dolores Borgelt of Rio Rancho, NM, David (Barbara) Huene of Cumming, GA, and Aloys (Brenda) Huene of Litchfield; and 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Helen retired as an Amway Direct Distributor.
She was a member of Catholic Holy Family Society and a former member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso and St. Paul Catholic Church in Highland.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, January 4, 2013 at 2:00 PM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso with Fr. James Buerster officiating. Interment will follow in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Bartelso.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 PM and again on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 12:00-1:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.
Memorials can be made to St. Cecilia Church and will be received at the funeral home.
